Help Desk Ticket Response Times

I'm a new user to LiveWebDJ, what is the average response time to help desk tickets? The auto email reply after sending them is "usually within 24 hours". It's been over 48 hours with no response but I've seemed to have fixed the issue that I opened a ticket about.

Any ideas anyone on how to get "usually within 24 hours" responses?
