My music isn't playing

My encoders are active and everything looks fine. The cue is running but no m music is playing.

I'm experiencing the same problem. The player says the tunes are rolling but when I click on the LiveWebDJ preview player it says I'm not connected. Quite frustrating because I keep getting email notifications saying encoder 1 is down.

No one seems to be minding the store at LiveWebDJ. I can't get any reply's  for the last two weeks. If they are affected by the COVID-19 situation they should at least inform us.

The last reply I received from the support team said and I quote: We would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created. A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response (usually within 24 hours)
